Steve Price, President and Chief Executive OfficerSteve Price has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of animal health distribution, including sales, operational capabilities, and fiscal responsibilities. He was promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for PVP in 2005, was named Chief Operating Officer in 2006 and named President in 2008. Mr. Price is responsible for all operations of PVP and its affiliated companies. Mr. Price began his tenure with PVP in 2002 as General Manager for ProConn Animal Health Solutions, the division which serves veterinarians and producers in the beef and dairy segments of animal health. He was instrumental in the formation of this innovative start-up animal health distribution company with responsibilities for managing sales, marketing, profitability, operations, accounts receivable, and inventory. Mr. Price worked with every department in PVP to build "a company within a company," implementing the industry’s first "Veterinarian of Record" system and its ongoing management, and furthered the company’s work in the pharmacy and veterinarian-client-patient-relationship regulatory environment. Sales grew from $0 to $40 million in three years. His previous experience includes Business Development and Special Projects for Hi-Pro Animal Health, Friona, TX, from 2000 – 2002; Manager of Farm Centers, Inc., Shawnee, OK, 1998 – 2000; and Branch Manager, Hi-Pro Animal Health Oklahoma City, OK, 1991 -1998. Mr. Price earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, in 1982. |

Chris McGonigle, PHR, Vice President of PeopleChris McGonigle has over 17 years experience in human resources management, and consistently maintains her dedication to the employees of PVP. She has been in the Corporate Services Department for over five years and has led the department the last year. Ms. McGonigle oversees internal employee relations, training and development as well as the many customer initiatives within those areas. Prior to joining PVP, Ms. McGonigle worked for Baker’s Supermarkets, Omaha, NE, for 11 years; the first four years were as trainer, then she was promoted to associate support coordinator with responsibilities traditionally associated with a “HR Generalist” with a heavy emphasis on Employment. Ms. McGonigle has a bachelor’s degree in speech/communications from Creighton University. |

Jamie Meadows, Chief Operating OfficerJamie Meadows was named Chief Operating Officer for PVP in late 2009 and is responsible for the company's overall strategic and business planning in addition to his responsibilities for start-to-finish supply chain operations. Mr. Meadows utilizes a great balance of operational efficiency and employee engagement to ensure the company exceeds customers' expectations. He has 20 years of distribution knowledge and experience, specializing in planning and quality improvement. Prior to joining PVP, Mr. Meadows held management positions with Oriental Trading Company, Omaha, NE, with responsibilities for distribution, inventory and warehouse production. |

Lionel Reilly, DVMDr. Lionel Reilly has served PVP since its founding in 1982. He retired as President and CEO in 2009 after 26 years of service; he now serves as a consultant to the PVP Board of Directors and as a liaison between PVP and the animal health product distribution industry. |
